Stanna inne i helgen/Stay indoors

Stanna inne den här helgen. Radioaktivitet från Japan är redan nu på väg hit med luftströmmen (se länk). tips: Jag kommer äta kokta alger till middag för att skydda kroppen.///Tip: eat some seaweed for dinner, just google the internet for recipes on it

Remember RICHARD BRANSON’s giant HOT AIR BALLOON which travelled half way round the planet in a couple of days? It did this because it entered the JETSTREAM – the contamination from Japan will be in European skies this weekend. Keep children, babies and pets INDOORS.

STAY INDOORS, if you have to go out, then wear a hood. Keep your ‘outside’ clothes separate from the rest of your clothes. Wipe clean the handles of your vehicles before you touch them, keep the car air vents closed while driving. Shower thoroughly after venturing outside. Wear gloves. STAY INDOORS. STAY INDOORS. STAY INDOORS.

STAY INDOORS: If you live in the USA/Canada or EUROPE/SCANDINAVIA STAY INDOORS… Yes, I know the weather was nice today – I wanted to go out myself – but RADIATION cannot be smelt or tasted or seen – so, STAY INDOORS – until Tuesday – that includes kids and pets too. Let this contaminated air pass over. Better to be safe than sorry.

You DO NOT NEED TO TAKE POTASSIUM IODIDE to protect your thyroid gland if you simply STAY INDOORS and wait for the worst of the heavy radioactive particles in the air to pass over. Be sensible. Be safe. Get a good book, a stack of great documentaries, put your feet up and STAY INDOORS – tell your neighbours.
